400	No	Malformed field, or a click id that does not verify.
401	No	Key missing, revoked, wrong scope, or test key.
403	No	Test key on a live click.
404	No	Not yours, or the API is not enabled.
409	No	eventId reused on another click.
413	No	Body or export too large.
422	No	Outside the attribution window.
429	After Retry-After	Rate limited.
5xx	With backoff	Our side. Replays are safe.
